The sterile liquid preparation process adopts a 5-step cleaning method (water flushing alkali washing water flushing acid washing final rinsing)
Alkali washing often uses 1.0~2.5% NaOH solution, and the alkali washing recovery solution can be recycled without cross contamination
Acid pickling often uses 1.0~2.0% nitric acid
Purified water is used for final rinsing, and injection water is used for sterile preparation
